You can update the payment method on your account from the billing settings.
How to update
Go to Settings > Billing and find the Payment method section. Click Update and enter the new card details. The change takes effect immediately for future charges. Any existing subscriptions or auto top-up settings remain unchanged.
What we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept debit cards that require PIN verification, cash, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry automatically for 3 days. If the charge still doesn't go through, we notify you by email. During this time the team pauses work that costs credits. Once the payment method is updated, work resumes automatically.
