Astra follows up immediately
Astra now tells you the moment a task you're waiting on finishes — no need to check the board or wait for the morning brief.
When Astra said "I'll come back when it's done" inside an active chat, she was telling the truth — but the follow-up was silently batched into the next operating brief. The task board already showed DONE while the chairman was still waiting for the promised reply.
Now Astra detects when the chairman is in an active chat waiting on a specific task. When that task completes, she posts an immediate update with the closing summary inline — no delay, no batch window. The task board and the chat stay in sync without anyone having to check.
The task-summary signal that drives this behavior was restored to the cron schedule, so completions no longer pile up silently. Background tasks, scheduled runs, and multi-day work still flow through the morning digest, but tasks the chairman is actively tracking get an immediate answer.
This closes the loop between "I'll check on that" and "here's what happened."
