Complaint capture, now visible
A small chip appears in chat whenever Astra captures a bug report or complaint — so you always know what was logged.
Astra has always captured bug reports, UX friction, and feature frustration the moment she detects them in chat — but until now, the capture was completely invisible. The chairman had no way to know whether a complaint was actually logged, short of checking the database.
Now, whenever Astra captures a complaint mid-conversation, a small chip appears under that chat turn. The chip is a passive marker — it confirms the complaint was recorded and links to nothing. Astra's normal reply continues uninterrupted, exactly as before.
The operating brief also surfaces what was captured overnight. Its new auto-support line shows the count, a topic breakdown (bug, feature, UX), and a link to the most recent triage task — so the morning review includes complaint visibility without extra work.
One less thing to wonder about between conversations.
