Navigation refresh — daily work up front
Sidebar reordered, chat floats instead of squeezing the board, and a decision badge keeps your inbox visible at a glance.
The sidebar used to mix daily work surfaces with occasional settings in one flat list. Now the navigation puts what you use every day — Tasks, Goals, and Docs — at the top, with Team, Connectors, and Settings grouped below.
Opening chat on desktop previously squeezed the workspace narrow, cutting off column headers and cramping the view. Chat now floats over the board with a darkened backdrop, so the workspace stays full width.
Decisions that need the founder's attention now appear as a quiet count badge on the Tasks nav item — visible without opening the inbox, disappearing when cleared.
Less scrolling, more room to work, and no more wondering if something's waiting.
