Leverage is now one equation: the Tycoon ROI Equation

Your leverage number now scales with the team you actually skipped — honest for small weeks, bigger for heavy builders.

Leverage is now a single equation — the Tycoon ROI Equation: `Old Cost ÷ New Cost`, where `Cost = Hours × Rate × Coordination Tax × Interruption Tax (+ AI Cost)`. The whole idea in one line: human cost multiplies, machine cost adds — so leverage comes from collapsing two human multipliers, not from AI writing faster.

The old number lifted every company by a flat 2.4×. Now the Coordination Tax is derived from the team your output actually implies — a small week pays 1× (no coordination to skip, and honestly so), a heavy week scales up to a 4× ceiling because a real org that size drowns in meetings and handoffs. Your own invested time is the Interruption Tax: every message and approval is one interruption, so agents running in parallel and surfacing only at decisions keep it tiny.
