Recurring work, without another kind of task

Recurring work used to look like a separate kind of task. Now Astra first creates the result you want, and only adds a background schedule when that Outcome needs another check.

The schedule now sits behind the Outcome. It does not appear as another Task, another TYC number, or another chat target. Progress, evidence, check-ins, and completion stay in the same Outcome thread.

Creating a routine is also idempotent: running the same scheduled-task creation with the same title returns the existing row instead of spawning a duplicate.

The result is one view of the result the company owes, whether it finishes immediately or needs repeated checks over time.
