**What is a goal?**

A goal is an outcome you want the team to drive toward — "$10K MRR by end of Q3" or "launch the iOS app." Goals shape what Astra prioritizes day to day. A good goal has a clear outcome, a timeframe, and a project it belongs to.

**How does Astra use goals?**

She brings them up in the morning brief, uses them to decide which tasks to run, and flags when a goal is at risk. When the goal is hit, she closes it and asks what's next.

**What's the difference between a goal and a task?**

A goal is the destination. A task is one step toward it. The same goal can drive dozens of tasks over weeks. Soft goals without numbers work too — "build trust with top 10 customers" is real.
