**Why does the output look broken?**

The task finished but the result looks off — a mangled table, a broken link, a file that won't open. Common causes: the output was truncated mid-structure, the format doesn't render in the viewer, a file finished uploading after the task posted, or the wrong viewer was used.

**How do I fix it?**

First, refresh the task thread — files often appear correctly a few seconds later. If a table or list is mangled, reply "Repost just the table, cleaned up." If a file won't open, ask for a different format. If a link 404s, ask the teammate to re-attach. If none of that works, message Astra and she'll loop in support.
