**What is the Skills Marketplace?**  
The Skills Marketplace gives you access to a catalog of pre-built AI skills plus the ability to create and upload your own custom skills. Built-in skills cover common business tasks and come ready to use. Custom skills let you define exactly how tyny should handle specialized workflows specific to your solo operation.

**How do I use it?**  
Navigate to your company dashboard and open the Skills tab. Browse the built-in catalog to find pre-made skills you can activate with one click. To add a custom skill, write your skill definition as a `SKILL.md` file and upload it—tyny will parse and store it, making it available for your agents. Skills you create are private to your company and fully isolated from other users.

**What do I need?**  
A tyny account with an active company and, for custom skills, a `SKILL.md` file following tyny's skill definition format.
