This page describes Tycoon's refund approach for subscription charges and top-up purchases.

**Subscription charges**

Subscriptions are not pro-rated on cancellation. You keep access through the end of the paid billing cycle, but no partial refund is issued for unused time.

**One-time top-ups**

Top-up purchases are non-refundable. Credits remain in the wallet and never expire. If the workspace is deleted, all credits in the wallet — both budget and top-up — are forfeited.

**Charge errors**

If a charge appears that should not have — duplicate payment, charge after verifiable cancellation, incorrect amount — contact support. Those situations are refund-eligible.

**Trial / free credits**

Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

**How to request a refund**

Contact support from Settings or email the support address on your account statement. Include the charge date and amount. Refund requests for eligible charge errors are processed within 5 business days.
