**What you see**

The CEO chat panel is the only place you talk to the team. When Sage is brought in for search work, her name and avatar appear in the same panel as a new bubble, and a Task Card opens with her as the owner.

**How to bring Sage in**

1. Open the CEO chat panel.
2. Type what you want, naming her if you know it's a search question:
   - "Have Sage audit our SEO."
   - "Sage, brief Casey on [topic]."
   - "Which keywords should we target? — Sage."
   - "Are we showing up in AI search? — Sage's job."
3. Or just describe the goal ("organic traffic is flat, what do we do?") — Astra brings her in.
4. Open her Task Card to see the prioritized list — top fixes, target keywords, or a content brief.

**What Sage owns**

- Keyword strategy — what to target, what to skip.
- Technical SEO audits (titles, meta, headers, internal linking, schema, Core Web Vitals).
- Content briefs that Casey writes against.
- AI citation tracking — are we showing up in ChatGPT / Perplexity / AI Overviews?
- Indexing fixes and content freshness sprints.

**How the team coordinates around this**

When Sage delivers a brief, Casey appears in the same Task Card thread to write the piece. For paid search, Jordan handles execution but Sage often validates keyword targeting first.
