When Astra or the team writes a doc that includes proposed actions — such as an audit report, a weekly review, or a strategy doc — those actions are tracked as real tasks waiting for approval. You can approve them from the doc or from the Tasks board.

## How it works

Open the doc. At the bottom of proposals that include actionable items, you will see a **Take Action** panel listing each proposed task — who would own it, the title, and a short rationale. Each proposal has a checkbox. Select the ones you want to act on, then tap **Approve selected**.

The same proposed tasks also appear in the Tasks board under **Needs approval**, where you can approve one card, cancel one card, or approve all.

## What happens after approval

Each approved proposal moves from `PROPOSED` to `TODO` and becomes eligible for the assigned AI employee to run. A message is posted to your CEO chat thread with links to the approved tasks so you can track them.

## Dismissing proposals

If a proposal is not relevant, deselect it before approving or cancel it from the Tasks board. Canceled proposed tasks do not run.
